Proposals of 13 chemicals to be included in Annex XIV - Authorisation

WHAT DOES THE ACTUAL CLP LABLING LOOK LIKE?
The CLP Regulation (Regulation EC no. 1272/2008) determines new requirements for the labelling system for substances and mixtures and brings about a brand new labelling structure. EURO-Šarm spol. s r. o.  have been packing the substances in line with the CLP Regulation beginning from 1. 12. 2010. REACH MADE IN CHINA
On 19 Jan 2010, the State Environmental Protection Administration (SEPA) formally released the revised version (the Order No. 7) of the Measures on Environmental Administration of New Chemical Substances. The Order No. 7 is similar to EU REACH and thus is called China REACH.(more)
